DAY 1.  SOCHI

Arrival, transfer with guide to the hotel, check-in.

DAY 2.  SOCHI

HD Sochi city sightseeing tour + Akhun Mountain + Stalin's Dacha Tour / Duration - 5 hours.

Sightseeing tour around one of the best resorts of Russia - Sochi. Mild subtropical climate, rich vegetation, Matsesta hydrogen sulphide springs, warm Black Sea make it one of the most famous resorts of Russia. During the tour you will get acquainted with the history of the city, its development and will see the most remarkable places of the city , the ones Sochi people are proud of: Sea Port, St. Michael the Archangel Cathedral – the first Orthodox church in the south–eastern part of the Black Sea region, Art Museum, Winter Theather, etc.

Akhun Mountain arises over seaside as a giant wave. This is one of the Sochi’s most popular sightseeing places. This 5 km long range stretches from north-west to south-east along the Black Sea coast.  

Stalin's Dacha was built in 1937 and it is still very famous. It is located between Aghoura Canyon and Matsesta Valley. A stupendous breathtaking view opens from here of the fabulous snowy peaks of the Main Caucasian Mountain Range. The sea, the mountains, the intricate landscape, unique mountain air to revel in, watching the sunset over the mountains and the sun glistening on the waves - all this produces an indelible impression.  

DAY 3. SOCHI

Breakfast. Free day.

OPTIONAL: FD Krasnaya Polyana and the Olympic Park Tour/ Duration – 8 hours.

A way to Krasnaya Polyana is full of charm of wild nature and admiration of the modern construction level. There are many ski resorts in the area. The Ski Jumping Complex “RusSki Gorki” naturally fits in the picturesque canyon landscape; the most modern bobsleigh/luge track “Sanki” is snaking as a giant anaconda; Rosa Khutor Ski Resort strikes with its European luxury and this is where a giant stadium for slalom and freestyle was built. Then we move to the territory of the Rosa Khutor Resort. A short walk accompanied by a guide along the Rosa Khutor promenade. Free time to explore the resort. As part of the program, guests of the resort will have the opportunity to ride a cable car.

Visit to the Cultural and ethnographic complex «My Russia» - it is Russia in miniature where just a few steps separate Siberia from the Caucasus; one can see the roofs of Saint-Petersburg from the Kazan tower... The Ethnopark is an architectural ensemble of 11 pavilions representing Russian traditional house constructing styles. During the high season over 50 craftsmen from all parts of Russia open their workshops: pottery, smithcraft, woodworking, traditional toymaking, painting, gingerbread decoration, making of bast shoes; one can also visit Sochi’s one and only icon-painting shop, museums of handicrafts, art galleries, playing grounds for children, taste traditional food, visit a fun-fair.

Returning to the sea coast we visit the Olympic Park located in the Imeretinskaya Valley where we can see the sports venues that were especially for the Winter Olympic Games 2014.

DAY 4. SOCHI

Your transfer to the airport is scheduled according to the departure of the plane (without guide).
