Policy on personal data processing

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the Administration of the site "mir-travel.com", can obtain about the User during the use of the site, programmes and products of the site "mir-travel.com".

  • 1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

    1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

    • "Administration of the site "mir-travel.com" (hereinafter - Site Administration) " - authorised employees of the Personal Data Operator (Tour Operator MIR Travel Company) to manage the site, who organise and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
    • "Personal Data" - any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).
    • Processing of personal data" means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
    • "Confidentiality of personal data" - a requirement binding on the Operator or any other person who has access to personal data not to allow their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or the existence of another legal basis.
    • Website User (hereinafter referred to as "User")" - a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Site "mir-travel.com".
    • "Cookies" is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the relevant website.
    • "IP address" means the unique network address of a node in an IP-based computer network.

  • 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    2.1. The User's use of the site "mir-travel.com" means agreement with this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of the User's personal data, established in the Regulation on storage and processing of personal data in MIR Travel Company.

    2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy, the User must stop using the site "mir- travel.com".

    2.3. This Privacy Policy applies only to the site "mir-travel.com". The site does not control and is not responsible for third party sites, to which the User can go through the links available on the site.

    2.4. The Administration of the site does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User of the site.

  • 3. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

    3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Administration of the site "mir-travel.com" on non-disclosure and protection of confidentiality of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Administration of the site.

    3.2. Principles of personal data processing:

    • - obtaining and processing personal data only on lawful grounds and only with the consent of the personal data subject;
    • - processing and obtaining personal data in strict compliance with the purposes specified and described for each category of personal data subjects, to the extent necessary to fulfil the purpose of personal data collection;
    • - when processing personal data, the operator ensures the accuracy, sufficiency and relevance of personal data for each category of personal data;
    • - storage of personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure established by this Regulation in accordance with the Law on Personal Data, during the period established by the operator's LNA or/and contracts, instructions of personal data subjects;
    • - destruction and depersonalisation of personal data shall be carried out after the purpose of processing has been achieved or upon expiry of the period established by contracts and/or instructions of personal data subjects;

    3.3. The subject of personal data may be any natural person (User) possessing relevant personal data.

    3.4. The personal data, allowed to be processed within the framework of this Privacy Policy, is provided by the User by filling in the registration feedback form on the "mir-travel.com" website and includes the following information:

    • - User's name;
    • - electronic mail (e-mail) address;
    • - mobile phone number;
    • - The site also collects and processes anonymised data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metric and others).

  • 4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING USER'S PERSONAL INFORMATION

    4.1. The Administration of the "mir-travel.com" website may use the User's personal data for the purposes of:

    4.1.5. Providing access to the User to the websites or services of the partners of the site "mir-travel.com" in order to receive products, updates and services.
    4.1.6. The anonymised data of Users collected by means of Internet statistics services serve to collect information about Users' actions on the website, to improve the quality of the website and its content.

  • 5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

    5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if it is filled in and/or sent by the User himself/herself via the registration feedback form on the "mir-travel.com" Website. By filling in the relevant form and/or sending his/her personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his/her consent to this Policy.

    5.2. The Operator processes anonymised data about the User if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (cookies and JavaScript technology enabled).

  • 6. METHODS, TERMS OF PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

    6.1. Processing of the User's personal data is carried out without time limit, by any lawful means, including in personal data information systems with or without the use of automation tools.

    6.2. The anonymised data contained in cookies is only used for the purposes set out in section 4 of this policy, after which the data collected will be stored on your device for a period which may depend on the type of cookie concerned, but not exceeding the period necessary to achieve its purpose, after which it will be automatically deleted from your system.

    6.3. User's Personal Data may be transferred to authorised state authorities of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

    6.4. The personal data specified in clause 3.3. of this Policy shall not be disseminated or provided to third parties without the consent of the personal data subject and shall be used solely for the execution of the said agreement and conclusion of contracts with the personal data subject.

    6.5. The Administration of the site takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

    6.6. In case of identifying inaccuracies in personal data, the User may update them independently by sending a notice to the Operator to the Operator's e-mail address sd@mirtc.ru with the note "Personal Data Update".

    6.7. The User may withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notice to the Operator by e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address sd@mirtc.ru , labelled "Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data".

  • 7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

    7.1. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information the Administration of the site is not responsible if this confidential information:

    7.1.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

    7.1.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Website Administration.

    7.1.3. Has been disclosed with the User's consent.

  • 8. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

    8.1. The Administration of the site has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

    8.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment of its placement on the Website "mir- travel.com", unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
