SEPTEMBER IS THE BEGINNING OF THE THEATRICAL SEASON

September is the beginning of the theatrical season and two main theaters of Russia, Bolshoi and Mariinsky, open it on September 9 and 10, respectively. Among the performances scheduled for September can be distinguished the ballet of Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake" and the opera "The Tsar's Bride" by Rimsky-Korsakov.
