Many museums in Moscow and St. Petersburg have prepared special cultural projects for this memorable date. On 15 November the inauguration of the Dostoevsky House Museum in Moscow took place as part of the State Museum of the History of Russian Literature.

On 05 November, in the capital of the Urals - Yekaterinburg, the Art Gallery of the Yeltsin Center museum opened an exhibition of works by Kazimir Malevich, Marc Chagall and other representatives of the avant-garde. 84 years ago the new ruby stars were lit on the towers of the Moscow Kremlin. This event symbolized the final establishment of socialism in the USSR. The first stars appeared over the Kremlin in October 1935. They were installed instead of the two-headed imperial eagles.
