VISA-FREE ENTRY TO ST. PETERSBURG FOR FOOTBALL FANS

Good news! Foreign football fans will be able to come visa-free to St. Petersburg (Russia) for the UEFA EURO-2020 matches. All you need to enter is a match ticket, FAN ID and a negative PCR test for coronavirus.

St. Petersburg will host six group stage matches and one quarter-final. Fans who have come to the tournament will be able to stay on the territory of St. Petersburg from May 29 to July 12. It is important to keep in mind that the entry / exit and the stay itself are possible only on the territory of St. Petersburg. Also, the FAN ID issued before the transfer of EURO-2020 to 2021, that is, issued before October 1, 2020, is invalid.

UEFA EURO-2020 was supposed to take place last year, but due to the coronavirus pandemic the tournament was postponed until the summer 2021. The matches will be held from June 11 to July 11 in different cities of the world, including the Russian city of St. Petersburg, where the games will take place at the new modern stadium Gazprom Arena, which has a capacity of 68,000 spectators.
