GAMES OF THE FUTURE IN KAZAN

Games of the Future is the first international multi-sport event in the phygital concept with a total prize fund of $10 million. It will be held from February 21 to March 3, 2024 in Kazan. More than 260 international teams and over 2,000 participants from around the world are taking part in the tournament.

  • NAVY DAY IN RUSSIA

    To commemorate the Navy Day the naval parade took place in Kronstadt and in the center of St. Petersburg on 25 July. It was timed to coincide with the 325th anniversary of the Russian fleet. Traditionally, the main spectator was Russian President Vladimir Putin.

    The painting The Beautiful Gardener, also known as Madonna and Child with Saint John the Baptist, by Raphael was delivered from the Louvre Museum (Paris) to the Hermitage Museum (St. Petersburg). From 21 July to 19 September Raphael's masterpiece can be seen in the Apollo Hall of the Winter Palace.

    The decisive stage of Euro 2020 is finished. According to the results of the games that took place in different European cities, including St. Petersburg, all quarterfinal pairs were determined. The quarter-finals will be played on 2 and 3 July. The last ticket to the next round of the tournament was won by the Ukrainian national team, who beat the Swedish team in extra time with a score of 2: 1.
