Games of the Future is the first international multi-sport event in the phygital concept with a total prize fund of $10 million. It will be held from February 21 to March 3, 2024 in Kazan. The painting The Beautiful Gardener, also known as Madonna and Child with Saint John the Baptist, by Raphael was delivered from the Louvre Museum (Paris) to the Hermitage Museum (St. Petersburg). From 21 July to 19 September Raphael's masterpiece can be seen in the Apollo Hall of the Winter Palace.

Opening of the exposition in the Gallery of 19th-20th century European and American art is scheduled for 15 July. Italy became the winner of the 2020 UEFA European Football Championship. The Italian team beat England in the final game which was held at Wembley Stadium in London. The whole tournament took place from 11 June to 11 July, 2021. The European Championship was planned for 2020 but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The decisive stage of Euro 2020 is finished. According to the results of the games that took place in different European cities, including St. Petersburg, all quarterfinal pairs were determined. The last ticket to the next round of the tournament was won by the Ukrainian national team, who beat the Swedish team in extra time with a score of 2: 1.
