Pulkovo Airport (Saint-Petereburg, Russia), according to a study conducted by the International Airports Council, was ranked number one in Europe in 2020 in overall passenger satisfaction with the quality of service.

The work of 2,000 employees was assessed by passengers according to different indicators, including waiting time and work of employees at check-in and inspection, accessibility of navigation, general atmosphere at the airport, cleanliness of the terminal, accessibility of toilet rooms, comfort of waiting rooms, services of business lounges, Wi-Fi , parking complex, availability of restaurants and shops, etc. Pulkovo took the leading position according to 27 criteria. A total of 33 European airports were assessed in the ranking. For the second time since the beginning of the year, Pulkovo Airport has confirmed its title of the best in Europe in terms of the quality of passenger service. This is the achievement of the entire airport staff. And it is even more valuable in an environment where external circumstances have had a serious negative impact on both employees and passengers.

As a reminder, Pulkovo Airport previously won ACI ASQ awards in the category "Best Airport in Europe" in the category of 15-25 million passengers a year in 2019, "Most Significant Improvements" in 2014 and "Best Airport in Europe" in the category 5-15 million passengers a year in 2015.
