PLATFORM FOR THE TRAIN TO HOGWARTS APPEARED IN ST. PETERSBURG

Platform 9 ¾ appeared at Ladozhsky railway station in Saint-Petersburg.

The Ladozhsky railway station in Saint-Petersburg now has its own platform 9¾, which the British writer J.K. Rowling described in her books about Harry Potter. According to one of the employees of the Ladozhsky railway station, the unusual object was installed a few weeks ago. The event was timed to coincide with the launch of the festive train Winter Fairy Tale, which goes from Saint-Petersburg to Veliky Ustyug, to the homeland of Father Frost - the Russian Santa Claus.

Christmas trains start from the Northern capital on Fridays. It is assumed that before the departure of the tourist train, passengers will take memorable pictures next to the installation: for this, a trolley with suitcases was installed under the sign of Platform 9¾. The object looks very similar to the one that can be seen in the movie when young wizards were heading to the Hogwarts school of magic, passing through a portal in the wall.

It is not known how long platform 9¾ will remain at the Ladozhsky railway station. Employees suggest that the art object will be dismantled after the end of the winter season, so fans of J.K. Rowling's book series should hurry up if they want to take thematic pictures.
