Oriana

ORIANA

Introduction
Oriana is elegance personified. As one of Britain's most popular liners she's the modern face of traditional cruising, combining technology with classic, sweeping lines and spacious wooden decks. From the Atrium, with its Tiffany-style glass ceiling to the plush Theatre Royal, to clubby Anderson's, Oriana offers somewhere for every conceivable mood. Her elegant interiors have a wonderfully calming and gracious feel about them, making every moment you spend aboard a perfect reason to celebrate the good life!
Her range of cabins are equally accommodating with everything from economical family cabins to lavish suites that come complete with balcony and butler service! The cabins were designed to appeal to the widest possible spectrum of people and so vary in size and specification according to individual passenger requirements and budgets.
Oriana's 8 Suites feature a magnificently spacious private balcony, lounge area, bedroom, walk-in dressing area, bathroom, Jacuzzi bath, shower, WC, guest bathroom and butler service. A luxurious choice indeed!
Oriana's Mini-Suites feature a private balcony, separate sitting area, bathroom, Jacuzzi bath, shower, WC, fridge, TV, safe, air-conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities. Everything you would expect from P&O Cruises.
Opt for a Balcony Stateroom and you'll find you have floor to ceiling windows leading to a balcony, a bathroom with bath, shower & WC, and a separate sitting area.
Oriana's Outside Cabins have a large picture window, a fridge, TV, safe, air-conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities. The two beds are convertible to a king size bed and the bathroom has a shower and WC.
Inside Cabins have two beds, convertible to a king size bed ( some have a further two upper Pullman berths), bathroom with shower & WC, vanity table/ desk, fridge, TV, safe, telephone, air-conditioning, tea and coffee facilities.
At the forward end of the Lido deck is the Oasis heath spa. The Oasis has saunas, whirlpools, a beauty salon, hairdressers and fully-equipped gymnasium, therapy and aerobics rooms. There is a writing room, library and card room, shops to explore and special children & teenager rooms.
Oriana has wonderful restaurants at which to dine: The Peninsula, and The Oriental dining rooms in the grand tradition are the more formal of the four. The Conservatory features floor-to-ceiling windows which offer spectacular views to match the spectacular breakfast and lunch buffets, and often features 'themed' cuisine according to the ports of call on the voyage. For more informal dining out, you'll find the Al Fresco pizzeria particularly relaxed and intimate.
People's tastes in bars vary according to the mood they're in, the weather or simply the time of day. That's why the Oriana has no less than 10 bars on board. Atop the spectacular atrium there's Tiffany's. The Lord's Tavern, complete with cricketing memorabilia, has a more traditional pub-like atmosphere. The Riviera is as sunny and easygoing as the name suggests. The Terrace offers incomparable views; and the genteel surroundings of Anderson's evoke the atmosphere of a traditional gentlemen's club (without the men-only rule.) That still leaves another five for you to discover!
